Rick Yamine – Managing Director

Rick is CPA’s Managing Director and one of Australia’s leading consultants in the highly specialised area of multicultural and Indigenous research and communication.  His experience spans over 20 years. In that time he has been an adviser to federal and state governments and large corporations specifically on the development and implementation of community education and information campaigns targeting special audiences.

Paula Masselos –

Strategic Marketing and Communication Director

Paula is one of Australia’s leading experts in multicultural affairs and social justice with a highly successful career spanning over 30 years. Acknowledged as an innovative and strategic thinker, Paula has worked in policy, community education and communication in government, corporate and community sectors. She has held numerous high level strategic planning, business development and client relations positions and is a recognised leader in social change marketing and communication. Prior to joining CPA, Paula was Head of SBS Radio.

Justin Noel – Indigenous Consultant

Justin is one of Australia’s most respected Indigenous research and communication consultants. He has long standing and diverse experience in the health and human services sector. Fields of special competence include community consultation and community-based research.

Rana Hadid –  Research Consultant

Rana joined CPA after a number of years in the non-profit, community and private sectors. She specialises in communications based research among multicultural and Indigenous communities; with a focus on social policy issues. She is experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Rana also comes from a design background, and this serves as an added advantage in assisting her client’s to think creatively. She works with clients across Government and corporate sectors. Prior to joining CPA, Rana worked in the Department of Public Information of the United Nations Headquarters in New York.

Kat Su – Creative/ Production Manager

Kat joined CPA as a creative/production manager following many years experience in the advertising industry in China, where she managed high profile creative projects. Kat brings strong creative and production management skills to CPA. She is primarily responsible for the production management of Government department campaigns and advertising. Prior to working for CPA, Kat was employed as senior art Director for Leo Burnett, Shanghai.

Stella Jensen – Research Consultant

Stella Jensen has worked with CPA for over a decade. With nearly 20 years in market and social research, She has exceptional fieldwork management and analytical skills. Stella provides CPA’s clients with a unique depth of knowledge of the inherent pitfalls in conducting research among multicultural and Indigenous communities, as well as the appropriate methods to overcome these.

Mary Ann – PR and Media Consultant

Mary Ann has had over 20 years’ experience in public relations and marketing. She has worked as a consultant both in Australia and in the UK, in-house and for PR agencies on a very wide range of accounts, including consumer, financial, local government, charity, non profit and commercial. Mary Ann has a wealth of experience in PR, media management and liaison, writing press releases, brochures, websites and other written material. She has recently been working on the Australian Government’s Paid Parental Leave and the Promoting Respectful Relationships campaigns with a focus on NESB media relations.

Stuart Hodgson – Creative Consultant

Stuart has over 20 years experience as an award winning classically trained typographer, art director and designer. He has extensive experience in creating and managing branding and advertising campaigns across some of Australia’s largest corporations and all levels of government.

Charles Yamine -  Finance Director

Charles is an accomplished financial and business manager with many years of experience as Finance Director for major Australian companies in hospitality, construction and financial services. He has overseen the strategic development of CPA and nurtured the solid financial stability of the company since its inception.
